The Collins Law Firm is made up of experienced lawyers who aggressively fight for your rights. Whether you’re charged with a DUI, first degree murder, or federal charges, our lawyers are qualified to defend you. We also use our extensive trial experience to fight for people who have been injured in an accident or become involved in a divorce or other family dispute.

We have over 45 years of experience representing people accused of crimes throughout Florida. Our lawyers are admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the Northern, Middle, and Southern District of Florida federal courts, the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Our attorneys are former prosecutors and are qualified to handle capital cases. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
