Mr. Archer’s practice covers commercial transactions, including real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development and leasing, construction, commercial lending and joint ventures, and non-profit organizations. Mr. Archer is a graduate of California State University at Sacramento (B.S. 1985) and Santa Clara University School of Law (J.D. 1988). While in law school, Mr. Archer was an editor of the Santa Clara University Law Review. In 1987-1988, Mr. Archer clerked for The Honorable Nat Agliano, Presiding Justice of the California Court of Appeal, Sixth District. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
