Attorney Cohen and her staff listen to me, and answer my questions accurately and timely. Her fees are fair and reasonable. They work quickly and competently to avoid unnecessary client fees. Her communication skills both verbally and written are clear, succinct and forceful. She and her staff have always been supportive of me and took things at my own pace without forcing me to do things before I was ready. I would enthusiastically recommend her and her staff. They are simply the best.

I required services for a very simple divorce, no contest. I had to deposit a retainer. I expected to get back the difference between what I paid and the retainer. Her practice refused to pay back my money. A simple non contested divorce with no financial or other considerations ended up costing me 1000.00, which I find to be an unfair charge.

This place churns on things that don't matter to get more money. They are slow to proceed with the case to get more money. They send you the contract about a week after your initial consultation and you have already paid your money ($1500) so it is not refundable. Their contract makes you agree that anything they say is an 'opinion'. They strongly advise you to do something and it turns out to hurt you, you get 'well that is not my area of expertise'. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
