Started in 2000 by an experienced father-son team who had been in practice together for over sixteen years, Mussman & Mussman was established as a general business practice, with an emphasis on litigation and alternative dispute resolution. In 2001, at the passing of the father, the firm became a husband - wife team, continuing the same practice areas, and adding consumer bankruptcy and Juvenile Dependency.

The person I talked with on my initial call listened, was very professional and explained clearly what was needed. I spoke with Mr. Mussman by phone the next day. He listened while I explained our circumstances and provided clear and sound advice. My husband and I appreciated his advice and professionalism. He was very helpful.

Hired Attorney William Mussman III

My case lasted a few months & William was my appointed attorney. During the time that led to the dismissal of the case, William definitely earned his keep. Law is not my area of expertise, but it's his & one of the best attributes of a good family court attorney, is helping the client to see both sides of the case & consider options that might be a bit difficult to swallow. Mr. Mussman was successful in helping the court to understand why the dismissal of of our was the best thing for my family!

Hired Attorney William Mussman III

Bill Mussman is the most professional and reliable lawyer I have ever had to deal with. He has a lot of integrity and is very thorough. He is very caring and friendly. There were no surprises, everything was in order with my bankruptcy case. Every time we needed to talk with him, he answered his phone or promptly got back with us. I would highly recommend bill to my friends and family.
