I have used Lyndsey twice and both times she has amazed me. She is honest,up front and fair. She stands strong and backs up what she says.I will never pick another lawyer.She has made my life a million times easier and stress free. She is awesome at what she does. She will fight for you 100%. She hasn't yet let me down and I know she wont if I need her services again. Shes honestly amazing. I'm able to give my daughter the life she deserves because of how well Lyndsey does her job.
The WORST!! She failed to notify me of a court date (and didn’t show up herself) so the judge made all judgements for my ex-husband. She never returned calls or emails, she was completely unresponsive once the retainer was paid. My ex lied about his wages & got away with it because she did nothing. Lots of distractions from her personal life. Honestly, I’ve never disliked someone so much. As divorcing spouses or parents, we come to her in crisis looking for guidance and help through a harrowing experience and we get nothing in return. The attorney my ex-husband had? Now she was amazing; smart, tough as freaking nails and completely on top of it! It kills be but SHE’S the one I recommend to people, not Lindsay.
L. Bannerman was the first attorney I hired to make modifications to my current child custody paperwork. I saw the amazing reviews and experience and was hopeful that her legal team could lend a helping hand in representation and aid in pulling the emotional stress off of my shoulders that often plays hand in hand with separations. I hired Lindsey in Jan 2020 with the understanding that having our paperwork updated by June of 2020 was an easy goal. I tried contacting Lindsey several times for an update within a 3 month span and received only two court forms from her paralegal that were completely off base from our original requests. I tried communicating several times with her and staff and got zero acknowledgement. I lost a hefty amount of money I saved to better my son's future with zero to show for it. If you are looking for a law firm that communicates with you, is efficient and effective, and handles your case professionally, I HIGHLY recommend you seek services elsewhere.
Horrible!She quit, after my kids where torn away from me the next day she quit,because I complained that she didn't speak up for me in court!!!Never have I heard of such cowardly behavior!!! She got the facts wrong of the case, and was intimidated by my family when they asked her questions and threatened to quit then, but I stuck with her hoping she was displaying courage and valor, but in reality when she was sitting idle/mute in the court as the ex spewed lies, I realized she acted out of fear
never once did it feel like Lindsey was on my side, she tried to quit once because my family members had questions, then mixed up facts of the case, then when my children were taken out of false claims, she quit on me the next day because I told her she didn't speak on my behalf!!!!
