He was in the middle of the action, making calls on the gridiron. When you call Dean Waite for help with your personal injury case, you just might recognize his voice from local sports radio. Dean now hosts a segment called “Waite for the Call” where he talks about officiating calls made in games the previous weekend. While he certainly will take your case seriously, Dean Waite is approachable and down to earth. He’s happy to talk football and reminisce about the games he was a part of when wearing black and white stripes.

I have had a stint of bad luck the past few years. Last January I was a passenger in an accident where a teenage hit from behind going 60 mph. My neck was severely injured. As soon as I called they were always professional and responded in a timely manner. These insurance companies are extremely rude and terrible to deal with. I would recommend dean Waite if you want your case to be handled in a professional and timely manner. 10/10
They told me when we settled that my case was worth more than he was able to get the insurance company to understand. I'm an Uber driver. I had to rent a car while my car was being repaired. Per the rental agreement, I was not allowed to Uber in the rental, resulting in lost wages. My settlement did not include the amount to which I was entitled for lost wages. The law firm stated that they were unable to collect what the case was worth, and that they were too scared to go to court because the insurance company was so good in court, they might even pay less.
