Attorney Telfair accepted my case in March 2024, took a retainer of $$$$ then did not provide any services for months to the point he withdrew without making any reasonable progress, and failed to provide consistent and timely follow-up though he guaranteed a resolution in writing. Despite repeated requests for copies of my client file and documents, summary of costs incurred, he has failed to provide and has not offered an equitable refund for unearned fees. Sadly Telfair has been awarded the position of Judge so any accountability is for sure lost now. I submit this review to properly document Telfair's violation of the Texas Disciplinary Rules and my disgust with his subpar representation.
