Leah with Mark and Burkhead was great to work with. She really listened and followed through on everything. She put the company WC in his place after he was being condescending and demeaning to both her anx myself. She was able to win a good sum for my worker's comp case.

I would highly recommend Mark and Burkhead to anyone that wants a law firm to really care and represent them to the fullest. I went to Mark and Burkhead after DPasqualie and Moore did nothing on my case except to ask me to settle for peanuts. "Mike Didn't Have Anything".Mark and Burkhead did more on my case in 1 day then DPasqualie and Moore did the whole time they had my case. Mark and Burkhead made me feel like they cared about me and what I had been through. I'm grateful I found them.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
