About Ryan Osterholm

I have been a foodborne illness attorney my entire career. There may not be another attorney in America that can say that. It is all I’ve ever done and all I know, and I know it well. When speaking to potential clients, the phrase I hear most often is, “I had no idea it could be this bad.”

Most people don’t realize that many foodborne illnesses cause lengthy hospitalizations, permanent injuries, or even death until they go through it personally. Not only do I help my clients obtain compensation for what they went through, but I hold food producers and sellers responsible for their defective and dangerous food products. In doing so, I firmly believe our work makes food safer for everyone.

Hired Attorney

My case involved a personal injury that few firms can knowledgeably handle. Ryan's firm specializes in foodborne illness and could assist me. I inquired through the firm's website and Ryan responded the next day. I went on to work with a team of attorneys to hold the company that caused my illness accountable. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
