They lost evidence and other important information. The two lawyers who ended up with my case threw it back and forth, neither wanting my case. They made me fill out the same medical paperwork over and over again, until they had my records going back to the seventies (accident took place in 2000). They were extremely poor with communications, both with us and others who retrieved information. It was a nightmare, took seven years, and got back only a tiny fraction for medical expenses, therapy
