Hired Attorney Kevin Short

WARNING " do not hire Kevin J Short like I did unless you want to go to prison like I did period. Mr Short to my knowledge had written a letter to the judge explaining that I was the worst client he had ever had to represent Mr Short in court also told the judge that it doesn't matter to him how my criminal history score was calculated so that cost me by it self six hole months in prison .when it was clear that Mr Short had done this I gave Mr Short the opportunity to get this issue back in front of the judge but he flatly refused. By the time I got money together to hire another attorney it was too late to fix .as my six months would be up before the issue would get in front of a judge. Mr Short took 7500 from me and this is only one issue of the many issues that I did discovered that Mr Short had done in his so called representations. I became aware of his mistakes by spending my prison time in the prison law library. So if you would like to go to prison hire Mr Short period.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
