Hannah Conrad focuses on financial services, commercial, and bankruptcy-related litigation. She represents banks, trustees, hedge funds, and other financial services companies in complex disputes nationwide. Her experience includes consumer class actions, crypto disputes, and fiduciary litigation, as well as Ponzi scheme, wire fraud, and other business fraud matters.
Hannah also maintains an active appellate practice, representing clients before state and federal courts of appeals in cases ranging from trust and estate disputes to claims against hospitals and medical providers.
Deeply committed to pro bono service, Hannah volunteers with The Advocates for Human Rights on asylum and citizenship matters and represents veterans in appeals before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
She is a co-author of the chapter on the Minnesota Uniform Voidable Transfers Act in Minnesota CLE’s Minnesota Business Disputes: Claims and Remedies (5th ed. 2025).
