Consulted Attorney Thomas Gallagher

Mr. Gallagher gave me piece of mind after my consultation which is priceless! He thoughtfully and carefully counseled me after patiently listening. Even though we came to the conclusion that it was not going to facilitate our case to hire him in our situation, he patiently answered our questions and gave advice that was much needed. I had spoken to several other lawyers and did not experience this response. I would definitely recommend him!

Hired Attorney Thomas Gallagher

I was charged with felony DUI. Tom took several years to work my case down to misdemeanor level with no jail time or fine. All the while I was not required to wear a SCRAM bracelet and was permitted to live out of state. Tom's work enabled me to keep my lifestyle and criminal record in tact. I truly believe without his assistance my life would be dramatically different @ this point for the worse. I recommend his services to anyone facing criminal charges in MN

Hired Attorney Thomas Gallagher

I have consulted with Thomas C. Gallagher for many years, and have also worked with him as co-counsel. In personal injury case which intersect with issues of criminal law such as DWI, moving violations, assault or battery, I always consult with Tom Gallagher. I also represent employees in discrimination and tort cases against their employers. These clients are sometimes falsely accused of criminal misconduct. Mr. Gallagher provides excellent advice and representation in such cases.
