I was referred to Tom Miller for a complex bankruptcy case in which I’m the creditor. Mr. Miller could not seem to understand the basic issues of the case. I tried discussing case with him three times, and he failed to display any competent understanding of the case.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
