Ryan Prochaska is a sorry fellow. He has been unresponsive in emails, as has his assistant, to updating and following through on really important legal questions and concerns. I can hardly believe he is a lawyer or a partner. This conference call today with my sister and I , 8/13/2025, was an abomination. I emailed him to be prepared 4 days prior to our meeting and he was not. He yarned, seemed disconnected or drugged, and had to him and haw his way through an LLC agreement. He provided nothing and POSTPONED the meeting to find out the answers I asked of him in this meeting. I think there is something wrong with him mental situation. I'm not going to pay an incompetent, drowsy, ill-prepared lawyer to represent me. Fired him.
