Winters is the Carson Valley source for elder law, estate planning, business law, employment law & real estate law issues. Located in the historical old town area of Minden, the firm has served its clients needs since 1996. Karen Winters opened the firm after 7 years of practice at Lake Tahoe, and Judy Sheldrew joined the firm in 2004 after retiring from a career in government service. Karen Winters practices in California and Nevada, with a focus on seniors', businesses and labor law issues in all federal and state courts in both states. Judy Sheldrew, licensed in Nevada, concentrates on real estate issues.
