Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. We have used Thomas Frenn for various reason over the years. He is extremely knowledgeable in Real Estate helping us with several closings, and issues where things could have resulted in no closing. But because of him we were able to close that day. He has also helped correct issues that Real Estate Agents create, and he nicely explains reality to them. Really, he is nice, but firm when necessary .He has also assisted us several times on a Trust/Will, and dealing with less than reputable companies that would have taken advantage of. We are never unhappy with his results, and he is fair, and a straightforward communicator. We have even hired him at the closing of our home we built - and thank goodness we did!
