I retained attorney Cade and encountered significant communication issues, including unanswered calls and emails and limited case updates. Errors were made in court filings, and the attorney did not appear for scheduled court proceedings, without advance notice to me. I ended the representation and filed a complaint with the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation. The complaint was investigated and resulted in disciplinary action. This review is a factual account of my experience. If there was an option to leave less than 1 star, he'd certainly qualify!
Nate Cade, is the Temu version of actual Civil attorney Ben Crump. He makes promises to families after other attorneys would advise them, that they don’t have a case. He brings traumatic events back alive and only causes more damages to all parties involved. He gives false hope to families and responds as a toddler would in a tantrum when the judge continuously has to remind him and whoever he brings to the table to, “get to the point” or “asked and answered”. He does not relate with jurors and they don’t absorb the stories and opinions he tries to create. I feel awful for the poor families who believe he has their best interest in mind. He merely creates a story to try and get attention from the news and public, because he is that minimally relevant in the civil attorney world. He wants attention at the expense of other humans, because he is that poor of a civil attorney. Trust and Look elsewhere. Nate Cade acts like paralegal when representing families. That is not a good thing.
