Attorney Ellingson was the attorney that made my divorce possible. I had met with two other attorneys. One attorney refused to take my case(because it wasn't a big settlement) and the other told me she could get it all done for $3k. I paid the $3k and nothing happened (she always had to review/study my case before talking to me). Atty Ellingson was very thorough. I knew what to expect and when.
Attorney Ellingson was very understanding of the situation and his knowledge of the law helped every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better more professional attorney to work with. At certain points I was out of town and we had to communicate through email and fax. Everything was done in a very timely fashion and I was kept up to date at all times. Erik was an excellent attorney at a reasonable price. $3,500 for a criminal case. I estimated to pay over $5,000 for another lawyer. He met with me for 2 hours, heard my vision of the incident. He able to go thru my charges with me one at a time. He managed to keep me home for the holidays. On the day of sentencing, he kept my expectations realistic with this DUI. In the end, the results were better than I hoped for with a few charges dropped. I would say ALL because of Erik.
