Never received updates on what was going on unless we sent a request to find out what was going on. This firm had an offer to close one of our accounts 2 weeks before we requested information. We would never have known this unless we asked for an update. There was more than enough money in our escrow to close the account. We felt that the Fields group would have continued to withdraw $550 a month, plus a $49 maintenance fee. It took 3 requests to get a statement from them.
