I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Mr. Johnson. From the very first meeting, he was kind, compassionate, and truly took the time to listen to me. He never made me feel like just another case—he made me feel supported, respected, and heard during a very stressful and emotional time in my life. What stood out most about Mr. Johnson was how detailed and organized he was. He made sure I understood every step of the process, explaining everything in a clear and simple way that helped me feel confident and prepared. His attention to detail was impeccable, and I never had to second-guess whether things were being handled properly—because they always were. Thanks to Mr. Johnson’s hard work and dedication, we won the case. He was extremely reliable and always followed through. I never had to chase him down or wait long for answers—he was consistently responsive and dependable. And perhaps one of the most refreshing things of all: he did not overcharge.
Listen up, folks! If you're in Milton, Florida, and you're searching for legal assistance, let me tell you about Brad Johnson. This guy is a LEGEND. He's not just an attorney; he's a trusted advisor, a problem-solver, and someone who genuinely cares. I've had the privilege of working with Brad on numerous occasions, and every single time, he has delivered OUTSTANDING legal advice. And it's not just me; every client I've sent his way has been blown away by his service. Brad's responsiveness? Top-notch. His attention to detail? Unparalleled. His determination? Unstoppable. In my book, Brad Johnson is hands down the best person to go to for anything legal. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. If you want an attorney who's going to fight for you like family and bring home the win, call Brad Johnson. Trust me, you won't regret it.
Excellent preparation for the case. most professional.
I was recommended to meet with Brad Johnson from this firm by a good friend of mine who spoke very highly of him. Not only was I impressed with the way he has handled my divorce I am aslo equally impressed with his professionalism and character. He as gone as far as to call my cell and ask how my daughter was when she was in the hospital and for a lawyer to do that 14 mos after my divorce now that left a good impression. I will continue to use him as my attorney and will recommend him always.
Great stuff and did a good job litigating our case, and it was a good deal overall.
Billing is unorganized and sporadic. Charged $150 and I quote "read and digest answer brief" (this brief was 3-5 pages). Then another $800 to draft the reply. Charged his rate for the work his paralegal did (which is twice the hourly rate). Almost impossible to speak with anyone at the office other then the receptionist, and no return call.
Worst experience ever with an attorney. He dragged the case out only so he could bill more. I was referred to his firm for his father and I received the most incompetence possible.
UNFORTUNATELY, I do not recommend this lawyer! I trusted he was looking out for my best interest and that he would fight for my rights and what I deserved by law. I cannot express the communication is “off” on so many levels, it’s just sad how my situation turned out and I’ve spoken personally to many of his former clients whom fired him, or got a refund. His plate is always full, health and family issues, and “holidays” that arise cause great harm in a case due to delays and then, unforgettable conversations that have to repeated over and over. Emails go unanswered a lot until demanded. It’s a hard no for me and others I’ve spoken to, wish I had hired someone else who cared.
Nepotism is never good for business. His wife/secratary/receptionist gets way too emotional and defensive when she is presented with her husband's bad business skills. He will get up in the middle of your meeting to show you the door and doesn't return phone calls as promised. I would guess I'm not the first client he has lost money on because of their lack of tact and professionalism. I gave them a 2 because I got my full refund, otherwise it would be a 1 (0 if it was available).
