Most of the paperwork that came out of her office had mistakes on it. Everything from wrong case numbers, wrong names and/or dates. This was on motions and petitions filed with the court. There were flat out lies on the petitions and motions that I did not agree with and she swore to them under oath! Absolutely and completely unprofessional. How does a lawyer get away with lying to a judge?? And why??

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
