I hired lawyer Yao for my EB1 employment-based immigrant petition several months ago. He was very professional, and he's very knowledgeable and experienced. He was very patient with all my questions and he answered my questions in a timely manner. I have recommended lawyer yao to friends who are in need of an immigration lawyer.

Basically took the money and never delivered any services. Would rather go to small claims court for not refunding you than actually deliver his services as promised. Lawyers with such a fraud practice should have his license revoked.
