Hired Attorney Nathan Van Embden

Mr VanEmbden helped with a troublesome Estate comprising of 6 heirs and 6 opinions. He work diligently to get all parties on the same page and get the Estate settled Chris and Pam from his office kept us all up to date and treated us all equally. Very professional, understanding and puts his full attention to his clients. Highly recommend him for any of your legal needs

Hired Attorney Nathan Van Embden

My personal experience with the office of Nathan VanEmbden was outstanding. He did an eviction for us with a sticky situation, as the Tenant was a close family member. He was caring and understanding, got it done quickly and was always there to listen and not judge. Brandy was communicating with me almost daily. Before the Court date, Mr. Van Embden called us to confirm all of the damages, rent owed, etc. The day of Court, he was there with plenty of time to spare and guided us once again with the process. I would highly recommend him and his office. Extremely caring and supportive.

Hired Attorney Dean Marcolongo

He is very easy to talk with and very personable. I am sure he is a very knowledgeable attorney in matters of the law. He has a problem in communicating with and responding to his clients and their calls and emails. Although our case was resolved mostly satisfactorily, I do not feel that he tried hard enough to oversee and then push for the judge's findings and actions before he would make any decisions about the case. This was a fairly clearcut case of fraud, negligence, violations of law .
