Both Milton Sr. and Jr. are well versed and very easy to deal with. I have been impressed with their ability to get started quickly and keep my business moving.

Mr. Gardner was enthusiastic to my needs. He was able to research property deeds in order to let me know that a certain parcel of was listed in both names of a married couple, not just the name of the spouse who was recently deceased.
