Hired Attorney

Mr. Duvall unfortunately ghosted on us. He was very hard to reach and basically was unresponsive to our emails and texts. Surprisingly even the calls and messages left with his staff went unattended and were without any response. If you need a lawyer who respects your time and is vigilant to the facts of the case, please chose someone else. It was a disappointing experience of working with Mr. Duvall.

Hired Attorney

Very negative experience with Mr. DuVall. Action items he repeatedly agreed to do, that were basic and essential to the success of my case, he didn't do for months on end or he never did at all. He would go MIA for weeks at a time ignoring calls and emails. He failed to send me court documents filed by opposing counsel on a timely basis a couple times, including one doc I received five months after it was filed. He initiated "research" that was surprisingly expensive without advising me of the expected cost in advance. I ultimately terminated Mr. DuVall and I only wish I had done so sooner.
