He was also appointed to the Essex County Bar Advocate Program where he represented clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors who could not afford counsel.

Prior to joining Carter Mario Law Firm, Attorney Forlizzi was a trial attorney at a mid-size personal injury firm in New Jersey, where he tried numerous cases to verdict and skillfully negotiated out of court settlements for his clients. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

In his free time, Attorney Forlizzi enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is a former collegiate basketball player and an avid runner who has completed several marathons.
