Attorney Gina Carbone is a dedicated advocate for those who cannot fight for themselves and is passionate about fighting for injured individuals instead of corporations. She takes pride in building strong, personal connections with her clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with compassion and tailored legal strategies.
Before joining Carter Mario Law Firm, Attorney Carbone gained valuable experience at a defense firm in Manhattan, handling cases involving commercial litigation, contractor and subcontractor disputes, torts, and corporate entity dissolution. She also provided legal support to individuals suffering from cancers and respiratory disorders caused toxin exposure during the devastating events of September 11, 2001, including representing wrongful death claimants through the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund.
Attorney Carbone earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Iona University. She is licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut.
Outside the courtroom, she is passionate about giving back to her community, regularly volunteering at food banks in Middletown, CT and holiday toy drives for the Salvation Army. She fosters a love of reading in young students by volunteering to read in classrooms and enjoys reading science fiction in her spare time. She also enjoys staying active with golfing, hiking, and pilates, and spending time with her beloved dog, Daisy
