Cristina focuses on advising Italian and international banks, financial institutions, investment funds, financial sponsors and industrial groups both in the Italian market and in cross-border transactions, with a particular emphasis on corporate lending, leveraged buyouts, real estate financing and bond issues placed on the domestic and international markets.
She has also been involved in debt restructuring transactions and special situations lending.

• Advised a leading U.S investment fund in the Euro 330 million debt refinancing of an iconic 5-star luxury hotel located in Venice through the issuance of separate non-convertible notes listed on the third market of the Vienna Stock Exchange°
• Advised a leading real estate investment company in connection with the Euro 150 million refinancing of the Italian portfolio of a pan-European real estate alternative investment fund°
• Advised a worldwide leader in the chemical industry in a cross-border financing transaction (via super senior facilities and certain non-convertible notes) aimed at reinstating the current financial indebtedness of the group°
• Advised a major Italian bank in the financing transaction aimed at supporting the acquisition by a newly incorporated company belonging to a major Italian football club of the real estate asset where the club’s headquarters were located°
• Advised a leading private equity fund in the Euro 160 million financing transaction aimed at supporting the acquisition of a majority stake in one of the key exporters of Italian wine in the world°
