Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. In Henrico County in 2019, I was court-appointed Mr. Mutnick for five compounded felony charges. I can’t speculate whether things could’ve gone better than they did, but he was able to use my successful CCP results and everything I was able to do pretrial to gain favor with the prosecutors. He constantly portrayed me as a good young man with a serious drug problem who would be better served with outpatient treatment over felony convictions and long term incarceration. It helps that I am nonviolent, verifiably intelligent, and dress appropriately for court, but Mr. Mutnick was the lynchpin to turn five felony charges into two misdemeanors. As a result, I successfully avoided a felony conviction on my record, and have now reentered college to pursue my undergrad degree with a focus on defense law/advocacy. Stephen Mutnick is a 10/10 lawyer, who is probably even more impressive as a paid attorney. Probably saved my future as a court-appointed attorney. You won’t hear that often.
Great service and very responsive. I am from out of state and incurred a traffic violation while traveling through VA. Updates and communication throughout the process were therefore, very important to me. I am pleased with the results and would highly recommend his service and counsel to others.
Thank you for representing me in this matter, the results were all I had hoped for.
I really appreciate all of Mr. Mutnick's assistance and representation. He made the whole experience very easy and handled all of the difficult negotiations. I don't believe I would have had the same results if Steve did not represent me in this case. Thank you.
Would 100% recommend Mr. Mutnick. Gave me the best possible chance in my case and received a great outcome.
Very polite and courteous, quick responses, put me at ease and handled my case well.
