About Jill Lowe

Jill Lowe is a highly experienced family law attorney licensed to practice in Texas and Florida. She has handled a wide range of family law matters, including high-net-worth divorces and complex custody disputes, and brings a thoughtful, settlement-oriented perspective to every case.

Jill has more than a decade of experience representing clients in the Collaborative Divorce process and is a past Chair of the State Bar of Texas Collaborative Law Section. Her leadership in collaborative law reflects a deep commitment to helping families resolve disputes outside of the courtroom with dignity, transparency, and respect.

She was Board Certified in family law in Florida for five years, a distinction that represents the highest level of professional excellence in the field. Jill’s background also includes litigation experience, which provides a strong foundation for advising clients and achieving effective, durable outcomes when cases cannot be resolved collaboratively.

In addition to her legal credentials, Jill is a certified life coach and incorporates those skills into her family law practice. She chose family law because of the opportunity to have a meaningful, positive impact on people during a time of significant life transition. Her approach is compassionate, client-centered, and focused on helping clients move forward with confidence and stability.

When I am not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. I value mentoring and supporting the younger generation and regularly participate in Bible study at my church. I also volunteer with local nonprofit organizations, particularly those that support individuals experiencing homelessness.

As a breast cancer survivor, I am especially drawn to opportunities to connect with and encourage others during their cancer journeys.
