Hired Law Firm
I’ve been with this law firm for 5 years now still waiting on a court date for my roundup claim for my husband that passed away and they just keep telling me that they are just waiting on the court date to get it settled. I know that they already got the settlement because I had another friend that got theirs. So they must be holding on to it hoping that I die or something so that they can keep the money but I’m healthy as a horse now that I’m well. So I’m hiring me a lawyer and I going to shut them down and send them all to jail. The governor wife is my sister in law and they told me that I have a great case and now that I see all these comments similar to mine they have really dug a hole for themselves. I will make them pay for treating people who come to them for help wrong and stealing from us. I’m going to let the court system handle this law firm. May God bless each and everyone of you.
This firm stole nearly all of the plaintiffs’ Risperdal settlement funds, targeting minors and disabled individuals. As one of the plaintiffs, I can confirm this. They created seven to eight different fees, claiming a judge in Wharton County, Texas, authorized them to take the plaintiffs’ funds, but they refuse to provide transparency despite multiple requests. For example, if they told you your gross settlement was $150,000, they made up multiple excessive and inflated fees, so you were lucky if you walked away with $30,000. Then, they would hold another $11,000 in what they called an “expense holdback,” meaning out of the $150,000, you pocketed around $20,000. They also claim a judge and court in Wharton County, Texas, authorized them to hold $400 million in a group holdback. The case was in Philadelphia, yet some court in Texas allegedly gave you authorization to hold $400 million in funds, which they’ve probably been accumulating interest on for years—money that plainti
They steal from the disabled and vulnerable. The firms owners engage in PPP loan fraud. They took out 1.4 million dollars and delayed risperedal settlements with it, bought mansions, luxuries They partied on the American taxpayers dime- subsidizing loans from federal tax dollars to fund their vineyards Pelosi was arrested just 10 minutes away from in Napa. The fraud is systematic and involves delaying client settlements and undervaluing claims to profit figures such as Adam Schiff and Al Green. The law firm steals from it's clients and lies to consumers through fake AI generated scripts on review pages intended to decieve for financial gain. The law firm does not communicate with clients and breaks the law. The law says it's illegal to commit fraud and embezzlement with enhanced penalties of disabled risperedal clients compounding the harm this law firm has done to society through engaging in tortuous fraud. The founding fathers would have the gallows readied.
This shows a misrepresentation of need for 2 1.4 million dollar PPP loans. Says 7 attorneys? They alledged 70 for their loan and the 3.2million dollar home purchase by the firms owner and NFL advertising suggest no need for these loans. Delaying client settlements and ignoring communications is what this law firm is known for. The FTC will be fining them 76 million dollars in google review fraud fines for suppressing negative feedback online but the yelp page recently had 131 fraudulent reviews removed so it's definitely gonna be bigger fines than 76 million. Prison will be soon for this firms lawyers
I would not recommend these attorneys. I hired them for my BP case and a team member called me to inform me we won our case 100 million settlement, and I would receive 10 million , but they only wanted to give me 10,000. Which I decided not to take it , but I went back to try to get the small amount I was offered, but they stole that too . Not honest people when it comes to mass tort cases . God see you
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
