He left us waiting for over a hour twice. He did not make eye contact nor did he apologize. He was appointed as a lawyer but I don't think he even read or was interested in the case. It was a rediculas case brought on by a person abusing the system. It was dropped when it transferred to another county. I would not hire this lawyer as he should be removed from the court for appointed lawyers as he did nothing but cause more trauma over something that should have never gone to court.
He was appointed by Midland County Court. He made us wait an hour with no apologies, very unprofessional and made no eye contact and barely communicated with us. A probation officer called me the day before the hearing and would not let me reschedule to hire proper legal counseling. They then yelled at me and my 10 year old who was victimized by her biological father and assaulted 3 times. He got at scratch from the abuse and when he found out the police called mom to pick her up. He the wanted to press charges in retaliation. This lawyer and the probation officer yelled at the mother and child to sign their paper. They said she would not face a trial if shesigned and yelled at herwhen she toldthem child wa the victim. They got even more aggressive and angry. The biological father got on the stand for the referee and made things up like a bad injury commercial. Everything from whiplash to concussion. The shocking part is this referee said there was enough evidence on a 10 year chil
