As a client, I had been involved with two Attorneys who believed it was appropriate to field all client calls through the legal secretaries. All my questions, concerns and needs for guidance were answered then through the legal secretary also. I rarely was able to speak to my own Attorney! Attorney Lisa Pierobon Mays is a one-to-one communicator. She is able to teach, lead, and assure the client. I now feel safe and reassured which enables me to cope with confidence while wading through the intimidating legal system.
