It has been found that the Bergerson McDonnell Winski law firm hired F.B.I.'s Most Wanted for 32 years to terrorize, kill Boeninger family members in Oaxaca Mexico and Cuernavaca Mexico. Bergerson family member Michael Kelley worked with Greg Lawson to terrorize the family inOaxaca Mexico where the family member worked in mexicos largest meth lab, organ harvesting, human researh facility. Lawson confessed in approx 2010.the Michigan Cityaw firm hired him and working with Bergerson family member in Oaxaca and Morelos terrorized the Boeninger family,.2x kidnappings with serious debitating injury, an attempted third as u.s. state dept called the family in for escort from the country, u.s. embassy mexico city. The tbird attempt had federal police steal the remaining assets of yet another home owned by Boeninger.Police tried to shoot Boeninger 3x times and stabbed his wife in front of two attorneys for turning the law firms crimes into the ISCDC.

Barry was hired to perform the estate, trust of Ethel P. Boeninger. His first action was to hide the portion of the will that directed distribution.
