I cannot thank Veronica and her team enough for guiding me through one of the most difficult times in my life with such compassion, professionalism, and strength. From our very first meeting, I felt heard, supported, and confident that I had someone truly fighting for me. They not only understood the legal complexities of my case, but also cared about the emotional toll it was taking on me and my family.

Hired this law office off a referral. I hired Alicedes Martinez. I told him I was broke. But can make the retainer work. Man didn’t set me hearing. He just gathered my financial information. All of a sudden my bill shot up. Go to hearing my bill totals over 16000$. He claims he had to gather evidence and prepare for the hearing. This man only presented 2 things of evidence. And only argument was I’m the father and have a right to see my kid. I was highly disappointed. For the price I paid for his representation I didn’t get represented very well. They milked me dry of every penny . Racked up my bill, had to drop them cuz I can’t afford them any more. DO NOT hire these people. They will say how they care and understand. All they understand is is how much money u have. Don’t fall for their sales gimmick. I beg u. If ur a struggling father. Don’t make the same mistake I made and hire these people. Please do ur self a favor. And find someone better.

I hired Veronica Lopez Calleja firm 05/2024 She was so profesional in the first call, promise to handle my case with respect and work with me thru this difficult process. Far from that, after I sighed the retainer everything was a horrible. she never return my call again changing associates 4 times in my case and billing without any consent my case was reschedule 3 times and I was charge 3 times for a withdraw since I was bill for every associate that reviewed my case. Only 2 days before my heading she emailed that my case has to be cancel for the 4 times because not money was left in my account after $9000 my case was denied and She never took the time to investigate to find out what was pending in my case.

HORRIBLE attorney. Completely untrustworthy and only focused on money. She advised me that she wouldn’t take my call unless I replenished my retainer. Despite never speaking to her directly, she bills at her full rate, even when the work was handled by others. Someone needs to investigate her billing practices as they are unethical. She shows no care or respect for her clients, ignores calls and emails, but is sure to bill for every minor interaction—even to address her own mistakes. Her Google reviews are misleading; she allegedly pays for positive reviews and deletes anything critical. Her billing is chaotic, and her staff turnover is constant. You’ll end up working with a new attorney, paralegal, or assistant every few months. She doesn’t explain charges, bills for work and hours that never happened, and avoids accountability when questioned. Worse yet, she will charge you more if you try to resolve the issues. Save yourself the frustration and money—RUN as fast as you can.

Horrible attorney. Not trustworthy. Only cared about money. Even advised me she would not take my call until I would replenish . She bills at her rate although she is not the one I spoke to ever . Someone should look into her billing . What she is doing is wrong . People work hard to earn money. She has no care for anything or anyone . She also does not take calls nor responds . But she is sure to bill away.
