The Levey Law Firm is a business-focused litigation law firm in South Florida. We represent clients in connection with a broad range of legal issues, from business disputes to commercial litigation, real estate matters, intellectual property disputes, trade secret infringement, cable piracy cases and commercial debt collections.Based in Miami, we provide quality legal services for businesses based around the world. Our lawyers take a special interest in trade and cargo disputes involving Chinese businesses. We also serve as local counsel for attorneys in other states, particularly in domesticating and enforcing judgments in Florida.The firm's attorneys have many decades of combined experience in business law and related areas. Hired Attorney Lewis Levey

Hired him to defend me against an evil landlord. It took nearly five years and tens of thousands in legal fees to Levey, and I still had to pay $61,698 to the plaintiff. Levey would have kept this case going for years, as he charges $500.00 per hour. He will talk to you for five minutes, over anything, and bill you $50.00. Stay away from this guy!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
