Stephen Alexander Barrial is an Associate at the firm's Miami office, specializing in business law, commercial disputes, and tax law. His expertise lies in navigating the complexities of tax implications within both litigation and transactional frameworks, offering invaluable insights to our clients.
Mr. Barrial completed his undergraduate studies at Florida International University, earning a bachelor’s degree. He then pursued his legal education at St. Thomas University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. Furthering his specialization in tax law, he earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. During his law school tenure, Mr. Barrial volunteered as a Tax Preparer with the Internal Revenue Service, providing essential tax preparation services to low-income individuals and families. He has been recognized for his academic excellence with distinctions such as Dean’s List. Additionally, Mr. Barrial was an active member of both the Tax Law Society and the Business Law Society.
