About Robert V. Fitzsimmons

Bob Fitzsimmons is a Florida Supreme Court Certified mediator and Florida Bar Certified construction lawyer with vast experience in complex state, federal and multidistrict litigation.

Bob has recently changed the nature of his practice to serve as a mediator in multiparty litigation. His practice had primarily focused on multiparty construction defect litigation around the State of Florida.

Bob also serves as national counsel for Burger King, Popeyes Louisiana Chicken, Tim Hortons Donuts and Firehouse Subs.

Bob has extensive involvement in his community, serving as board member and chair of the Sports Council of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, board member and past president of the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce, the Coconut Grove Civic Club and the Coconut Grove Park Homeowners’ Association and was a founding member of the Coconut Grove Village Council.

Bob is a frequent speaker on legal and civic issues, locally, nationally and internationally.
