Raymond J. Rafool, III, is an associate with Rafool, PLLC, and is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. During his time at the Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law and on behalf of the NSU Trial Association, Raymond competed Nationally in numerous Trial Competitions and most notably finished in second place in the Battle of the Experts Trial Competition finals against the University of California, Los Angeles, team. Raymond exhibited excellence and attained high honor through the art of courtroom advocacy and was selected as a National Member of the Order of Barristers.
With a focus on complex civil litigation and family law issues coupled with his economics education and business acumen, Raymond concentrates on high net-worth family law matters involving substantial assets, sophisticated corporate structures and inter-entity relations, equitable distribution of marital estates, and parent-child issues.
