The worst lawyer in the world. There is a reason you can barely find reviews on this man. I am convinced that the only two people who wrote him reviews were his parents because this man is horrible!! Neil Kolner had a client which case he received in June. He has not seen this client 1 time since he has been in ICE. No paralegal has seen this client not 1 time since he has been in ICE. However Neil constantly ask for money and can never show you what work he has done and never can talk long because he's "so busy". Neil's attitude is disgusting, he talks down to his clients as of he's the prosecutor and not the lawyer. At the final hearing the judge was totally disgusted with Neil's sassy attitude and reprimanded Neil several times at the court proceeding. Neil did not submit not one document of proof for his client. His client's family did all the paperwork as far as providing articles, asylum proof, pictures of the client's burned down family home, etc and Neil did not submit ANYTHING
