Matthew K. Casbarro is an associate attorney at The Ferraro Law Firm representing victims in cases involving product liability, wrongful death, asbestos-related diseases, and environmental toxic torts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Casbarro worked at an Am law 200 law firm based in Miami. In that capacity, Mr. Casbarro represented plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes and complex commercial litigation disputes, with an emphasis on commercial real estate, fraud, and insurance.
Mr. Casbarro earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, book awards in Torts, Civil Procedure, and Legal Writing and Communication, served as Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Law Review, and worked as a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure I. During law school, Mr. Casbarro worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Jose E. Martinez in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where he conducted complex legal research on contested legal issues, drafted multiple proposed opinions for publication, and gained invaluable insight into the operations of both the federal district court and federal appellate court. Mr. Casbarro obtained his undergraduate degree in Biology and Society (pre-med), and received a business minor from Cornell University.
