Manuel Rodriguez III is an Associate in the firm's Miami office. His practice primarily focuses in the areas of general civil litigation and premises liability. He also has experience working in medical malpractice, and catastrophic & personal injury.
Mr. Rodriguez graduated cum laude from the University of Miami, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Sports Administration. Thereafter, Mr. Rodriguez received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. During his studies, Mr. Rodriguez was frequently mentioned in the Dean's List for demonstrating academic excellence. He participated in the Litigation Skills Program and was a finalist of the ESLS Negotiation & Arbitration Competition. Additionally, he was a member of the Hispanic Law Society, Cuban American Bar Association, and Entertainment & Sports Law Society.
While in law school, Mr. Rodriguez clerked for a prominent personal injury and medical malpractice firm in Miami, and also served as a Summer Associate at a prominent personal injury and medical malpractice defense firm in Nashville, TN. Additionally, he spent a summer as a Global Operations Legal Extern for Bacardi-Martini, Inc.
