Ms. Guinan’s dedication to her legal education extended beyond the classroom. In 2022, she served as a dedicated member of the moot court, where she contributed as a research assistant for the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition, emphasizing trademark-related issues. She also earned recognition as one of 25 Hispanic law students selected nationwide to attend the prestigious 2022 Microsoft/Hispanic National Bar Association IP Legal Institute in Washington, D.C.

Furthermore, Ms. Guinan participated in the Emory Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition and showcased her scholarly capabilities by publishing an article titled 'The Future of Crypto-Asset Mining: The Inflation Reduction Act and the Need or Uniform Federal Regulation' in the American University Washington College of Law Sustainable Development Law & Policy Journal during Spring 2023. Her article delves into the subject of cryptocurrency mining and advocates for crucial regulatory measures to address its environmental impact.
