Ray Garcia and his staff provided me with excellent service during the entire real estate closing process. As a first time home buyer, his office made a stressful process smooth and efficient. Mr. Garcia was always available to answer my questions and concerns. My realtor was in constant communication with his office, and it really made the process much easier to complete. Hired Attorney Ray Garcia

My experience with Ray Garcia was absolutely horrible and moralizing for two months. He sat with my retainer and did absolutely nothing about a week before the statue of limitations was set to expire. I began heavily calling emailing and staying on top of them on the day of June 2, when the statue limitations was set to expire, I had to physically go to the office and create a ruckus for them to file a lawsuit on my behalf With me hours remaining before being completely barred from bringing the action forward against my oppressors so they agreed to file the lawsuit since I would not be able to hire another attorney and have them complete the complaint in such a short timeframe they also promised to return my retainer However, day later redacted that and now I have to seek a small claims against my own lawyer, the person I hired to help me screwed me over and now I have to pursue them. This guy sucks and all the phone calls are recorded and I look forward to the truth being revealed
