About Ketan M. Ganase

Ketan M. Ganase focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as international commercial arbitration. Mr. Ganase also has robust experience in M&A disputes, including claims under representations and warranties insurance policies and indemnity disputes. Through his litigation practice, he has acted for clients in contract, products liability, tort, health care, and employment disputes. His international disputes practice has included appearances in arbitrations under the ICC, DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, CRCICA and in the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Ganase was a senior principal counsel for global disputes at DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), where he assisted in the management of the company’s worldwide portfolio of litigation and commercial disputes. In this role, he also gave legal direction on sensitive ethics and compliance matters, managed investigators conducting compliance investigations on subjects including employment misconduct, cybersecurity breaches, global trade violations, immigration issues, and criminal conduct, and advised legal executives on technological developments in litigation, ethics, and compliance management.

Prior to DXC, Mr. Ganase was an associate in the Miami office of a large international law firm.
