Joshua David Molina is an Associate in the firm's Miami office. He primarily focuses his practice on commercial litigation, business disputes, and professional liability litigation. Mr. Molina also assists businesses with contract negotiations, payment agreements, and general risk management evaluation.
His extensive experience also includes representing broker dealers and investment advisor representatives across U.S. Securities Exchange and Commission (SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ( FINRA), and state regulatory matters. From navigating investigations to advocating before the state and federal courts, as well as in FINRA arbitrations, Mr. Molina has tackled regulatory challenges encompassing market manipulation, insider trading, accounting fraud, and Ponzi schemes.
Mr. Molina graduated cum laude from the University of Miami in 2021. While in attendance, he was a member of the International Comparative Law Journal and participated in the university's prestigious legal clinic program. As a student, Mr. Molina was frequently mentioned in the Dean's list for demonstrating academic excellence. He was awarded the Dean's Award for Academic Achievement in Torts, and was commended for his Mediation skills for exemplifying both professionalism and exceptional dispute resolution skills.
