Por medio de la presente, me dirijo a usted con la intención de presentar una queja formal sobre el servicio recibido por parte de la abogada Johanny Uzcategui quien fue contratada para llevar mi caso de inmigración. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con ella ha sido completamente negativa. Desde el inicio del proceso mostró falta de profesionalismo y compromiso. A pesar de haberle pagado la cantidad acordada y un poco mas, no tomó acción alguna que beneficiara mi caso. Durante todo el tiempo que trabajó conmigo, no ofreció orientación clara ni avances concretos. Las veces que intenté comunicarme con ella para obtener información, rara vez respondía a mis llamadas. Su negligencia no solo causó una pérdida de tiempo valioso, sino también afectó mi situación migratoria y me dejó con un profundo sentimiento de frustración e impotencia. Considero que lo que hizo fue un abuso de confianza y un robo, ya que se quedó con mi dinero sin haber cumplido con los servicios prometidos.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
