Jessica Kerbel concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage and general liability. She represents insurers in first and third party coverage matters, including claims involving personal and commercial lines of insurance, and claims involving extra-contractual liability and bad faith disputes. She also has experience with banking and financial services litigation. She is proficient in practicing before state and federal courts and in multi-district litigation.
During law school, Jessica served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Milton Hirsch for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court.
