Jeannie Regidor is an attorney in the Corporate Practice at Greenberg Traurig's Miami office. She focuses her practice on advising clients on complex corporate transactions and general corporate matters across diverse industries. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Jeannie leverages her multidisciplinary background in business analytics, real estate, and environmental law to provide clients with practical, business-focused advice.
Jeannie earned her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, graduating second in her class with a certificate in Environmental & Natural Resources Law. During law school, she earned the highest grades in the class in Energy Law, Administrative Law, Environmental Law, Natural Resources Law, and Transactional Legal Skills. She also won first place in FSU Law’s Legal Technology Challenge for her proposed AI-powered application addressing language access in legal services.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Jeannie served as a law clerk at the Business, Innovation & Technology Clinic at FIU Law, where she advised local and international entrepreneurs and emerging companies on corporate formation, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance matters.
